We bought a lot in one of the new sub-divisions by the golf course in Oakridge a few years ago. When we were ready to build, we asked around and found that Tim Fine came highly recommended. After speaking with him and looking at some other houses that he built, we were sold. We found a house plan on-line that we liked and showed it to him, while also discussing the customizations we wanted. He was more than happy to accommodate us. He also met with us and went to several stores with us to pick out carpets, tile, cabinets, paint colors, etc.
While the house was being built, we lived a few hundred miles away and only had a chance to come see the progress once during construction. It's hard enough to find a contractor you can trust when you are there to look over his shoulder every day. Try finding one you can trust while you are out of state the whole time of construction. Well, we did, and Tim turned our house plans and special requests into the home of our dreams. Tim is a very hard-working, honest, family man and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him. If we were looking to build another house for some reason, we would certainly have it done by The Fine Classical Contractor.
